Market Region Manager (Long term Recruitment)

Job Description：

1. Responsible for developing and implementing regional sales plans for rail transit products, independently leading the establishment of marketing systems, planning marketing plans, and ensuring the achievement of the company's sales targets;

2. Supervise and guide the sales team, improve sales performance, and follow up on the cooperation with key customers;

3. Responsible for planning and organizing various marketing activities to enhance the company's brand influence;

4. Analyze the market environment and competitors, develop corresponding sales strategies and tactics, and increase market share;

5. Responsible for controlling and managing marketing expenses;

6. Responsible for following up on product payment and collection plans;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

1. College diploma or above, 7 years or more of sales or marketing management related work experience, background in the rail transit industry;

2. Possess excellent abilities in market analysis, sales planning and implementation, team management and collaboration, as well as execution;

3. Familiar with the current market situation and competitive landscape of the responsible area, with good customer resources and connections for rail transit.

4. Able to adapt to business trips and work in any location.
