Tsinginst Railway(Luoyang) Rail Transit Technology co., Ltd was established in September 2017. It is a high-tech enterprise incubated through technology transformation by the Rail Transit Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Equipment Research Institute of the Luoyang Advanced Manufacturing Industry Base of Tsinghua University's High end Equipment Research Institute. The company is committed to building a world leading core technology and equipment research and development platform for intelligent operation and maintenance of rail transit, realizing intelligent detection and efficient maintenance of urban rail transit rails, and improving the safety and economy of rail transit operation and maintenance.
“Technological innovation and technological leadership” is the foundation and development path of TsingInst. The company has established research and development centers in Luoyang and Beijing, and its development team has gathered experts from relevant industries such as Tsinghua University, Beijing Jiaotong University, and Harbin University of Science and Technology. Based on the accumulation of core technology from Tsinghua University and the team's years of experience in the rail transit industry, the team is committed to researching and developing internationally leading rail transit operation and maintenance technology and intelligent equipment to support the great development of rail transit.
The company's main product is the FGM series rail milling and grinding vehicle. The development of this milling and grinding vehicle breaks the technological monopoly of rail milling and grinding technology in European and American countries on the domestic rail transit industry, and rationalizes market competition. The rail milling and grinding vehicle has reached the leading level in the industry, and its products are used in Beijing Metro, Nanjing Metro and other areas, and sold to Hong Kong, Zhengzhou and other regions.
The company always regards continuously developing new products and meeting the needs of different users at home and abroad as its mission, timely grasping market dynamics, and using technological innovation as the driving force for enterprise development. It continuously develops new products with advanced levels at home and abroad, thereby promoting the technological progress of rail vehicle products. The steel rail polishing vehicle series products produced by the company have independent intellectual property rights and have obtained 7 invention patents, 19 utility model patents, and 3 software copyrights. The core product FGM type rail milling and grinding vehicle has won honors such as "Top Ten Iconic High end Equipment in Henan Province's Equipment Manufacturing Industry", "China's Good Technology", "Second Prize for Rail Transit Science and Technology Progress", the first batch of "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" enterprises in Henan Province in 2024, and the first (set) major technical equipment in Henan Province in 2024 ".
