Mechanical R&D Engineer (Long term Recruitment)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the design, calculation, and drawing of general components according to product development or improvement plans;

2. Responsible for preparing technical documents for the corresponding products;

3. Utilize advanced domestic and international experience to ensure the design of products that are advanced, reasonable, economical, and applicable;

4. Handle and solve technical issues related to the trial production process, participate in completion verification and appraisal work;

5. Responsible for organizing and archiving relevant materials related to the design products undertaken;

6. Guide the assistant designer's work, responsible for reviewing and verifying the technical drawings and documents output, and responsible for the strength, performance, dimensions, and correctness and completeness of the design product components undertaken, as well as the design drawings and technical documents.

Requirement:

1. Major in mechanical or vehicle related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above and at least 5 years of work experience;

2. Proficient in using design software such as CAD, PROE, Solidworks, VS, as well as office application software;

3. Master certain theoretical knowledge of engineering design, understand the structure, performance, and important indicator parameters of the designed product;

4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, with good teamwork awareness and ability.
